    Ally is an expert when it comes to fitness and weight training. I play volleyball and was experiencing knee pain often after matches. The pain would also come up when running. I was not lifting weights and mainly doing HIIT and Pilates for years. Ally’s weight lifting program has relieved a lot of my knee pain and also has made my body more toned in 3 months.
